This isn't for smart people, anyone can do it. You have a calculator on your computer so all you had to do was find the sum of the two values which comes up to $15,000,000. Divide this by 828,000 and you have your answer. You should try to find the method instead of the answer as this will help you in the future too.

Well if the total price of the land was $11,250,000 plus $3,750,000, then the total is $15,000,000.
Divide that by 828,000 and you have your cost per square mile.
$18.12 per square mile.

That's why there is a calculator on your computer. This is simple math. You could have figured it out faster than it took you to type the question! And if you can't figure it out, how do you know if you going to get the right answer?

11250000 + 3750000 = 15000000

divide 15000000 by 828000

15000000 / 828000 = 18.11594203

$ 18.1 per square miles
