An excellent observation, Grace. There are many that post here for whatever reason(s) who will one day rue their words. In my short time here I have seen that a majority posit foolish questions and give flippant answers with no regard to the basic objective of this site or any reverence to the topic.

I think the problem stems from the fact that these unchurched, agnostics and atheists have no place else to go on Yahoo Answers. Perhaps Yahoo should look into correcting that by establishing an Atheist category where these abhorrent children could congregate to continue contemplating their navels and impressing each other with there witty, innocuous and inane rhetoric.

I have not been to any of the other topics to see if the same attitude prevails there. I’m thinking however that there is more serious thought given to the doings on American Idol than to the salvation of ones soul.

This makes me think of of my very own mom who i did no longer understand for many of my life. I mean, I knew of and enjoyed her even though it incredibly is complicated. She spent some years away or maybe now i'm not sure if she knows of that whether it grow to be the right element for the kinfolk, no longer having a mom for over 15 years of a youngster's life expenses. exceptionally understanding that she's someplace else. because of the fact good judgment works properly everywhere else yet no longer consistently interior the middle. yet... the reality isn't static. it incredibly isn't even 3-D. there is often yet another nuance i assume and that's all to the stable. right here is on your mom: satisfied mom's day. thank you for that.

Rage:
I love that song! I have it on my ipod!

When I'm in the shower,
I'm afraid to wash my hair
cuz I might open my eyes
and find someone standing there
People say that I'm crazy, just a little touch
but maybe showers remind me of psycho too much,
that's why...

I always feel like somebody's watching me

Ok, to answer the question. Yes, I know that my words may haunt me one day. I try my best to be nice, but sometimes I get so provoked that I just can't help it.

I don't fear that. At least, I'm not a hypocrite about it. If I have to hang by my own words, so be it. No regrets.

BTW: Who's going to do the haunting? God? Jesus? Pat Robertson?

That applies to anything you do, anywhere. If I spent too much time thinking about how every little thing I do affects someone else, I would probably get too overwhelmed to do anything, so I try not to dwell on it too much...

One day we will give an account for every word that has passed our lips, every thought, and certainly every answer given here. You are correct. More folks should consider eternity before simply engaging their tongues. "It is appointed unto man once to die, and after this the judgment."
