Maybe Lazarus was shy. Or not as an accomplished public speaker. Maybe those that wrote the bible never really liked Lazarus at all and wish Jesus would have just let things be. Maybe worshiping zombies isn't the best way to start a religion... who knows.

Lazarus only raised from the dead because Jesus allowed him to raise from the dead . Jesus brought Lazarus back from the depths of death and let him live. That was another of Jesus's miracles. Lazarus did not bring himself back from the dead.

In church they sing "Lazarus in the Bosom of Abraham" and they do praise Lazarus, only not as much as Jesus; cause Jesus rose into the sky and became a god after he came back to life.

Lazarus didn't take your sins as Jesus did. And he was raised by Jesus incase you didn't know.
I know you're not seriously asking this question because you want to know the answer; you're asking to prove to yourself that you're smart or to show that you know something no one else knows. Yes, I know. I can see right through you...

Two reason a minor one.. He was raise to mortality. and a major reason.. He had no power in himself to raise.. Sorry but Lazarus would have laid there in that tomb forever is Jesus didn't (won't) bring him forth.. Jim

BECAUSE HE WAS NOT THE SON OF GOD, JESUS ROSE LAZARUS FROM THE DEAD, LAZARUS WAS'NT A HEALER, SAVER, A SACRIFICE FOR OUR SINS, JESUS WAS, THE ONLY BEGOTTEN SON OF GOD AND THE BIBLE CLEARLY STATES THAT WHOSOEVER BELIEVES IN GOD HAS TO BELIEVE AS WELL, THAT JESUS WAS GODS SON, AND YOU CANNOT HONOR GOD AND DEFILE THE SON, OR YOUR DEFEATING THE WHOLE PURPOSE OF THE REASON JESUS CAME TO DIE FOR OUR SINS SO WE COULD GO TO HEAVEN. GOD SENT HIM NOT LAZARUS!
