how do i invite people from other tables to mine if there are two there but they decline invitations?

im a host at a table-there are two others there but they wont accept invitation to play. how do i get others to invite

If they decline the invitation, you are probably issuing it correctly but they are just not interested. It's their right. Perhaps they didn't like how you looked and were interested in meeting someone else. Perhaps they just wanted to be by themselves and talk. Just move on and invite different people. Jus tb/c you invite them doesn't mean they are obligated to join you.
