If you have been here 14 years and can prove that, you could apply for indefinite leave to remain. It would be helpful to know where you are from and how long you have been here, when you got married, how old your kids are, to know if there are any possibilities.

If you are serious then there is only one way forward: You must leave the country and return to your own country. Approach the British Embassy and make an application to them. Apply for a SPOUSE visa. Only then do you have any chance of securing a lawful future in the UK.
You can approach as many solicitors as you like. They will take your money - and so will the Home Office. And the HO's answer will be no.
Go and get the proper visa, then you'll be sorted.

So, what happened? Today you woke up and thought, geezzz,,,, I am illegal, married and have kids? Oh my, O'my.... what they gonna do with me. Heck, you knew you were illegal before the marriage and the kids happened. So, how's about just hightailing it back to your own country, with or without your kids, and try and make yourself legal before they deport you?
