Has anyone had an out of body experience? If so, can you describe it.?

I think I have had one but I'm not sure. I know it sounds bizarre, but I have to know.

I don't mean a near death experience. I mean in your home. I hit my bed so hard, my whole house shook. It was like I was out of my body and jumped back into it.

When I had surgery, I remember looking at the body on the table and the masked doctors and nurses bending over it.

The only out of body experence i will be having is when i get to Heaven, i will have a new body.
