Ah not that i recall from the 18 years I spent as a child living there. London is totally different

No. Launceston (pronouncested Lonceston as opposed t the English Lawnceston) is nothing like London.

You wil have to dig up your own London map as the place is so big that only comes in chunks if you after something that with big enough streets to understand the layout.

No. London is a city that developed over more than 2000 years and has a population close to that of Australia. Launceston is about 200 years old and has about 100,000 people. London developed haphazardly, Launceston didn't.

I very much doubt it. You could check on Google maps. They might have named some of the streets the same of course.

Rockhampton in Central Queensland has the same central street plan as Melbourne, the capital of Victoria, but the streets have different names.
