Flying dreams are the best! It's been a few months since I head a memorable one.

It's weird, sometimes I'm almost swimming through the air, not as fast as I'd like.

Sometimes I only manage to fly a few feet above the ground when I want to go faster, sometimes I fly really slowly when I'd prefer to be flying faster.

Sometimes I try to fly as high as I can then I fly so fast (and out of control) that by the time I manage to stop myself I'm way above the clouds and regretting it.

Perhaps it all means something, perhaps it means nothing, either way I'm happy I've had such experiences.

Now you're making wistful. It's been a long time since I've had a good flying dream. Wonder what Freud would say about that.

For me, it's always been a toss up which type of dream is better. Flying, or the other.. uh... good type...

Depending on your religion, mine (Wiccan) is of the belief that if you dream you are flying, your Spirit is out of your body and just traveling around. You can find more information by checking out several sites on Wicca and dreams.
