Power Or Love - Celine Dion

So beautiful

I'm not sure about walking down the isle but "Quizas" by Enrique Iglesias is also very very beautiful. Check it out.

My friend got married yesterday and she walked down the Aisle to what I would consider the perfect song. Her fiance picked it as a surprise. It really really choked me up it was beautiful and cool at the same time. Its called true compaion and here are the words...

True Companion - Marc Cohn

Baby i've been searching like everybody else
Can't say nothing different about myself
Sometimes i'm an angel
And sometimes i'm cruel
And when it comes to love
I'm just another fool
Yes, i'll climb a mountain
I'm gonna swim the sea
There ain't no act of god girl
Could keep you safe from me
My arms are reaching out
Out across this canyon
I'm asking you to be my true companion
True companion
True companion

(start walking up the aisle now!)...

So don't you dare and try to walk away
I've got my heart set on our wedding day
I've got this vision of a girl in white
Made my decision that it's you allright
And when i take your hand
I'll watch my heart set sail
I'll take my trembling fingers

And i'll lift up your veil
Then i'll take you home
And with wild abandon
Make love to you just like a true companion
You are my true companion
I got a true companion
True companion

When the years have done irreparable harm
I can see us walking slowly arm in arm
Just like the couple on the corner do
'cause girl i will always be in love with you
And when i look in your eyes
I'll still see that spark
Until the shadows fall
Until the room grows dark
Then when i leave this earth
I'll be with the angels standin'
I'll be out there waiting for my true companion
Just for my true companion
True companion
True companion

From This Moment - Shania Twain, a bit sickly sweet but the words are very appropriate.

I walked down the isle to Eine Kliene Nachmusik by Mozart (sorry for terrible German spelling)

Good luck finding the right one and i wish you many years of happiness, have a great day!

Hi ive got this problem I have too pick one as well, infact three, one to walk down the isle to, one to walk out to one to dance to at the night time. Im stuck as there is loads of songs.
I think to walk into Im just going to go for the simple wedding march as its not relgious. I dont have a clue to anything other songs. I was thinking Im not into lots off soppy stuff as I dont want to cry all day, but I was going to have, Hear You Me, by Jimmy Eat World. or Iris by the Goo GOO Dolls, Or Kelly Clarksons A moment like this, (not leona lewis's version). Or, Nothings gonna stop us now, Shane wards, Something Worth Living For, Westife Thats where you find love. Westlife Unbreakable.
There too many I cant even choose.
Ill keep and eye one yours.

You just have to use 'From This Moment On' by Shania Twain. :-

(I just swear that I'll aways be there.
I'd give anything and everything and I will always care.
Through weakness and strength, happiness and sorrow,
for better or worse, I will love you with
every beat of my heart.)
From this moment life has begun
From this moment you are the one
Right beside you is where I belong
From this moment on

From this moment I have been blessed
I live only for your happiness
And for your love I'd give my last breath
From this moment on

I give my hand to you with all my heart
Can't wait to live my life with you, can't wait to start
You and I will never be apart
My dreams came true because of you

From this moment as long as I live
I will love you, I promise you this
There is nothing I wouldn't give
From this moment on

You're the reason I believe in love
And you're the answer to my prayers from up above
All we need is just the two of us
My dreams came true because of you

From this moment as long as I live
I will love you, I promise you this
There is nothing I wouldn't give
From this moment
I will love you as long as I live
From this moment on.

Good luck in your wedding hun! I also used Enya songs as background music for my reception. Have a great day.

How about here comes the bride!? Don't most people do that? It's probably the most traditional!
Ooh did you see the last episode of Vicar of Dibley you could walk down the aisle to It Should Have Been Me and get people to act out the funny bits with the priest miming the high bits!!! Maybe not...

We chose Pachebel's Canon in D. It is a beautiful, regal sounding piece of music and it is just the right pace to walk down the aisle. For the procession out we had the Arrival of the Queen of Sheba by Handel (very traditional, and a cheery, upbeat processional).
