Someone always tell me like
1. You will get what you hate or
2. If you don't chase it ,you will get it , but if you chase something you will never get

If it was true I would publicly announce that I hate being the richest man in the world. No, its not true, and is awfully pessimistic. The truth is life is a mixed bag - you get good and bad.

I don't think so.
No matter what you get there're always some kind of baggage, what you have to do is deal with it. As for chasing or not chasing you will get nowhere if you don't create your own path in life, some times we have to take the good with the bad you know!

Perhaps your second statement is similar to the old adage:
If you love someone, set them free. If they come back to you it was meant to be.

I've never heard of the first statement but it brings to mind:
Be careful what you wish for.

For instance, a romance has gone bad and one wishes the other dead and the other dies in a horrible car accident.

Without more details, it is hard to answer this one. It would be helpful to know what it pertains to. Life in general, Love, Work, Success, God, Power, Money etc

Nope. If you dont chase it, u will never gets it... unless the opposite one chase after you instead... If u never chase, how the person knows abt it?

Girls shouldn't have to do the chasing when it comes to dating. If a guy likes you he should ask you out.

depends.trying too hard can end up worsening the situation sometimes,but 'playing hard to get' doesn't work everytime.
