Oxygen is one of the components of air and is hard to separate from all the other gases. You'd need a chemical, biological or industrial process to separate them.

You could obtain small amounts yourself by capturing the oxygen that's produced by plants but to ensure you didn't have other gases you'd have to place the plant in a vacuum.

You can obtain bottled oxygen and it's frequently used in medical treatments.
