Usually Europeans despise "coloured" people, but
evangelical Europeans are bent upon imposing their
faith on (non-christian) non-Europeans. They say that
it is the "white man's burden" to save the "coloured"
people. How do they know that they(European
evangelicals) have been "saved" and that the
non-christians will be "saved" if the latter convert
to christianity? Obviously evangelicals do not have
any "extra sensory perception". They are not
clairvoyants. They are like any other ordinary person.
How do they know that Jesus Christ is "the only true
God", that those who accept him will live in "eternal
heaven" and those who reject him will have to face
"eternal damnation" ? Is this not both superstition
and fanaticism? Why should there be only one religion
in the whole world? What if there are several
religions? Is not evangelism another form of European(
and American) hegemony, colonialism, domination and imperialism?

When any person believes that thier ways are the best, they try to impose thier beliefs on others. They use the bible to "show the truth and the light," while they may not have been perfect in thier lives, they have been forgiven all thier sins. As a person who is First Nations, I have saw people covert to evangelical Christaian, it is believed that all other cultures and belief systems are wrong. The Christianization of the aboriginal masses has been in doctrined within Canadain and American society, this has amouted to cultural genocide. There has been so many people trying to find out what thier role is within society and Christianity may provide some of thier much needed answers. I follow tradtionalism and i pray for the lost masses. There is only one God and whether there is a heaven or a hell is debated. I belive in the Creator of all things and when I am called whoremonger and deviant, I just belive these people are misguided. Thier imposition of thier beliefs began at contact and it will continue. People need hope and perhaps evangelical christianity is where they will get the answers. On any reserve in Canada you will see at least two or three religious sects, Traditional Church(Anglican and Catholic), Born Agian Christians and the Tradtionalists, this has caused First Nations to fight amogst themselves with Evangical (Bible Thumpers) demanding that people go to the "truth and the light."I believe your last statement to be accurate evangelism is another from of hegemony, colonialism, domination and imperialism.

You use the term "how do they know?" several times. Fact is, there's a big difference between knowing something and believing something. They BELIEVE it is their duty to convert people to Christianity because they BELIEVE Christianity is the only way to avoid eternal damnation.

But as you point out, it is also a colonialism thing. Those natives who convert to Christianity are much more easily persuaded to embrace the invaders as brothers and sisters under God, to donate their priceless treasures to be melted down into crosses and coins, and to laugh off the warnings of their local wise men that these invaders will destroy their native culture.

in case you may desire to talk with the missionaries church homes on your city help, i've got self belief you may come away with a distinctive view. not in common terms could they permit you recognize with regards to the paintings they do in coaching and medicines, yet they had additionally permit you recognize with regards to how Christ has significantly replaced the lives of persons who had on no account heard of Him. the actual question, you spot, is this: Who strengthen into Jesus Christ? strengthen into He in basic terms yet another religious instructor who thought He had some new religious insights to proportion? Or strengthen into He extra desirable than this? The Bible's answer is obvious: Jesus Christ strengthen into unique, because of the fact He on my own strengthen into God in human flesh. The Bible places it this way: "The be conscious grew to become flesh and made his living between us" (John a million:14). This contraptions Jesus different than for another religious instructor in heritage. Why is this important? the reason being by using the fact in common terms a divine Savior could desire to keep us from our sins and furnish us the present of eternal existence. our ideal desire is forgiveness, "for all have sinned and fall wanting the huge difference of God" (Romans 3:23). and that's what Christ gives you us, for He died on the visit pay the full penalty for our sins. Christ's command has on no account been withdrawn: "circulate into all the international and carry forth the solid information to all creation" (Mark sixteen:15). in case you have on no account asked Christ to come again into your existence, gain this right this moment. Then thank God for those He has despatched to tell others approximately Christ—and ask Him to make you a missionary to those around you.

Thats real talk. They are becoming very powerful! Sounds like they are using that to get people of color to join their team so they can control our votes, and other political agendas.

Their religion dictates that they must spread the word. It is as simple as that, they feel that it is their duty and obligation.
