Aren't you supposed to pay for the item when you order it, not after you receive it? Some companies don't ship an item until payment has been received - read your notice again, and see if they are waiting to receive payment to send you the item.

The onus is on you to prove beyond reasonable doubt that you didn't receive the item. Keep the emails, print them out too, and send them to the head office of the company concerned along with a request for them to provide proof that they sent the item, along with a signed-for signature from yourself, which they obviously won't have since you didn't sign a receipt for delivery.

No because people aren't stupid and knows it is scripted. One of the reasons Vince publicly admitted it was and began calling it Sports Entertainment is because they figured they might as well be honest about what it is. It seems like now WWE wants wrestlers to stay in character and wants people to believe it is real again, but they can't go back to those days and they might as well not try to. Haters of the sport will always call it Fake and Gay because that is what they do, they did before the whole thing was revealed as scripted. They hate on it because it is different and they don't understand it and instead of trying to understand it they just go ahead and hate on it. I think any real Fans respect wrestling the way it is and may respect it less if they did not reveal it as scripted, because everyone knows it is.

I suspect a scam. Those who sell anything, want either payment in advance, or paying on delivery.

Write to the head office of the company, tell them what happened enclosing copies of any correspondence and ask them to let you have their proof of delivery.

If they cannot do that, tell them they should be ashamed of themselves.

Depending on the amount that they say you owe, It may be worth your effort just to pay them if they threaten you with a collection agency that may ruin your long term credit. Yes, I hate to say it too, but in the long run, if it's less than $100 it may be worth it.
