Its too late, you waited too long. There is nothng you can do. Dont bother trying to starve it off either, because you will be back in here in 3 or 4 weeks asking how you can burn off 30 or 40 pounds of fat.

Not only is it not safe to lose weight that fast, but it is nearly impossible anyway. Be happy with who you are. Gain self confidence and exude it. The world and those around you will be more attracted to you because of it, not because you are some perfect weight.

omgosh i'm faced with the same sitaution except mine's a school health checky-up thingy =D not a fashion show. =D what' i'm doing now (or planning to lol) is eating lotsa vegetables and fruits, and drinking water and stuff. =D you should try it too, but remember, after two weeks, go back to eating what you normally ate before cause i don't think it's healthy. =)
