I was just wondering on what you guys think of how much weight I would lose if ate 3 apples and 3 mini yogurts a day with lots of water with 6 hours exercise aday in a 2 week period???

if you eat so little a day your body will go into starve mode
this is not good for losing weight
your matabalism will slow down because your body is taking preventive messures to stop you from dying of fatique


eat helthily and your body will keep its natural metabolsm whilst losing weight

honestly do not do this to you body

Exercise that much everyday & you could end up with muscle fatigue.
Try exercising every other day, if you going to exercise really hard.

Eat 5 or 6 small meals a day , to keep you blood sugar even, (that should help you not crave fattening food).
You can make 1 or 2 of those meals completely fruit or vegetable, if you want.
Raw fruit & veggies are better for you.
Plain chicken is good to, for protein.

Your body only absorbs about 6oz of water in 15 min.
Too much water can actually kill a person, (it takes quite a bit though).

Nobody can predict your future weight loss. The apples are good but the yogurt contains hormones given to the cow to fatten them up which fattens you up.

Nourish your body thin, instead of starving your body fat. Good carbs like celery and carrots will never make you fat. Bad carbs like cake will, but you don't need to know the whole science of glycemic load. You need to re-learn how to eat so you can become thin and healthy. Salt has no calories but makes you fat and burning more calories does not help this fatness.

any weight lost on that diet will be water or muscle. starving the body is the exact opposite of what is needed for the body to release fat stores to be utilized as energy

in 2 weeks I would guess a good 10+ lbs of water weight and maybe 1-2 lbs of muscle and no noticeable fat loss. starving the body has a negative effect on the metabolism. this is how human biology works. you are fighting a battle that is impossible to win.

I suggest changing your views on health, fitness and dieting or you will spend you entire life battling with that scale

If that all you would eat, you would lose ALOT of "weight". But that "weight" will be fat, yes, but also ALOT of water and MUSCLE. Losing muscle is not a good idea, when you come off your "diet" you will pack more fat than ever, its true, I've seen it with my own eyes, my wife, my sister, a few cousins tried to starve the fat off and had diasterous results. My cousin had a few rolls before, now gezz, they've doubled on number, you can see them through her shirts. and her skin, man, zitty, oily, and she is sick all the time. Starving yourself rduces your metabolism, meaning you r body will try to defend itself, by reducing fat burning, and start burning muscle, also will wreak havoc on your hormones, less sex drive, which wont be a problem after, cuz you will be unhealthy looking anyway, unattractive.

For what????
So you can put it all back on again when this 'diet' is over.
You'll do more harm than good to your body if you crash diet.
Uoull end up with a body full of Stretch marks. And believe me there is no 2 week cure for losing them

i'm trying to loose weight to but i wouldnt do it that way if i were you that is not a good way you will loose lots of weight fast but ur bod. will go into famine mode and as soon as you eat prop. again ur bod. will pile on the weight in case you try that diet again.

do your best to ensure you re not eating after 7 o clock at night you re more likely to make unhealthy choices and less likely to sleep as well after a late meal
