I am thief. Will you help me? Many advocates refused to help Kothiwala in case of Nithari.Shopkeepers need no help. They loot peace of road users. They force us, children, ladies, senior citizens, handicapped etc. to walk on roads as all pavements are enchroached. If shopkeepers are in limit, there will no need of sealing. Govt. should teach a lesson to wrong doers.
