i need some easy, fun excersizes i can do. i try but i dont like excersizing. Off (hockey) season i need to stay in shape. i also wanna get rid of my stupid luv handles!!!!!blaablaaablaa other than that im not too bad... whats a good excersize for that?

Try aqua aerobics,it's fun and burns alot of calories!

I wish there was such a thing but besides for otherwise leverage forms and pulleys in the real world, there are no ways to get great results from a little work. If you want a really nice body, there must be blood sweat and tears involved. A lot of people like it better that way, because they have something they worked for that no one else has, it wouldn't be worth as much if everyone had it.

Walking to keep the fat off, bench press, squats, pulldowns, these exercises work 3 or more muscle groups at the same time, working more muscles burn more calories and stimulate more muscle growth.Isolation exercises are good but the compound exercxises I mentioned will give you faster and better results.

I am afraid that we cannot spot reduce so you would need to lose fat from your whole body. Here is why:

Also, if the exercise is too easy, you will not get enough benefit from it to make a difference.
