Common sense opinion: The Bible was written, rewritten, altered, and deliberately fabricated by men over a period of many years with it's original context as the old testament. Men of yore, of which entered the information at hand of said eras, were at that time desperately seeking a meaning pertaining to mans existence, as well as mans behavior. During those blossoming years, so to speak, regarding the living conditions of said biblical authors, life was indeed quite primitive, thus most people were starving, dehydrating, of which causes hallucinations, and people were living in fear of their lives from aggressive forces surrounding them, hence forth common sense dictates that much, if not all entries within the Bible derived from said conditions, as well as being exaggerated stories due to the original story blowing out proportion as it was passed on and on orally via desperate men and women. As time passed many alterations took place in order to control human behavior, as did, and continues the propaganda of many elite sources of yesterday and today... in conclusion, it's all about control, and gaining power and wealth in order to maintain that control...

The Bible is very relevant. The four Gospels are the the writings of four of Jesus's Disciples. They tell the history of Jesus. One unique thing is too many non Christians think Jesus is a myth. Jesus is documented in history more than Caesar or others who we tend to remember.
It is amazing at how people question the Bible and its contents, yet they fear the believers. Look at all of the attacks on Christianity. it is not because everyone knows what is right, it's because they fear God and the truth.
Even your question shows that you are a skeptic and in time you will come to believe.

It’s at best hazy third party recollections of the deeds and words of a long dead anarchist and a mostly inaccurate historical account.

To many people, be they Atheists, Buddhists, Hindus, Muslims, Pagans, or Taoists - it is not relevant at all.
Thanks for your thumbs down, they are just as irrelevant.

Using such an obviously flawed piece of fiction as a guide to living is extremely dangerous and should be discouraged.

You don't have to believe in it.

But do you really need to bash others who do?

Why not bash the queers or muslims?

People like you have no problem spewing your bile against the Christians but then get very defensive about criticism when directed towards your perverted lifestyle.

Here is a good idea: why not read the Bible yourself, instead of parroting others.......you might look more intelligent.......
