How to know if a guy is sincere in an email relationship? What would he normally write about?

You can't. People can pretend to be anything in emails. I know of one case where this really sweet, sincere "guy" turned out to be a middle-aged woman. Please be careful.

probably say that he fancies you or give you hints that u likes you.
