Probably for the same reason many people become non-christians.

I think some people may go from Christianity to Islam because they don't want to go to the Islamic Hell, and the proof for Islam is so great that they are convinced.
No, I don't think (though I've never read the Koran) that the Koran has a great a love as the Bible because what could be as great as God sending His Son to earth to die a horrible death?

As Salam O Alaikum
(May Allah Please With You)
Dear Friend,
It is very difficult to conclude the answer is few pharases but here is my point of view.
Allah (God) loves you more than anybody else in the world. Do not you see that whether you worship Him or not, still Allah(God) feeds you and gives a long rope so that you come back to Him to acknowledge his benedictions.
Is not it a example of love?
Did u ever wrote an lyric or made a painting? Do u love what your have created? Definately, yes. Don't you love the one who loves your creation? Don't you love the the one who priases your creation?
Allah is the Creator of the universe. He loves His Creation. He loves the one who loves and praises His creation.
Zaboor, Torah, Bible and Quran are from Allah Almighty but the Quran superceded all the previous books. Practically when law changes, we do not make references to previous laws.
Best wishess,
Waseem Anwar

There is no love in Islam only oppression and violence. There is no greater act of love than dieing on a cross for us. Jesus is the only way to have eternal life.

If what you say is true, that means Christianity is really about loving a man, and trying to understand God through this man.
Whereas Islaam is about loving God directly and seing His miracles in all creatures.
This concept is something Christians do not adhere to, maybe because they believe its not possible.
But trust me. It is.
eventually, it all boils down to "whatever floats your boat"

Muslims know that Jesus performed his miracles.
Why go to Christianity to Islam? Why would people go from Christianity to Wicca?
What works for you in Christianity doesn't work for everybody.
I am a Muslim (former Christian and Wicca) and I know that my religion doesn't work for everybody. I'm ok with that. After all, there is no compulsion in Islam.
I just say, whatever floats your boat!

Greetings in the name of the most high.
One would go from Christianity to Islam for the few following reasons which I could gather :
1) Trinity's Inconsistency:
"Christians testify belief in monotheism, which is the belief that there is one all powerful God that rules the universe, but also believe in the trinity theory which defies belief in God’s absolute oneness and considers God to be divided in to three different and separate states of being that are simultaneously one Triad. In their belie
If, they divide three different elements of their God, God the father, God the son and God the Holy Spirit, as existences that are separate from one another and in different realms of being, though still consider them all together elements of one Absolute Creator. Christians believe that the Father is not the Son and that the Son is not the Father, that the Father is not the Holy Spirit and nor the Holy Spirit the Father, that the Holy Spirit is not the Son, and to them too the Son isn’t the Holy Spirit, but contrary to this definite separation and categorization, they in fact believe together that these three entities are all parts of one Triadic God, in different and separate forms of being uniting in Trinity.
The Christian trinity theory states the father and the son and the Holy Spirit are all co-equal, co-eternal and co-existent, separately united as one God at core, but individually separate from one another in their different states of existence."
2) Contradiction to the Old Testament:
"Jesus did not accomplish what Israel's prophets said the Messiah was commissioned to do: He did not deliver the covenant people from their Gentile enemies, reassemble those scattered in the Diaspora, restore the Davidic kingdom, or establish universal peace (cf Isa.9:6-7; 11:7-12:16, etc.) Instead of freeing Jews from oppressors and thereby fulfilling God's ancient promises - for land, nationhood, kingship, and blessing - Jesus died a "shameful" death (Deut 21:24), defeated by the very political powers the Messiah was prophesied to overcome. Indeed, the Hebrew prophets did not foresee that Israel's savior would be executed as a common criminal by Gentiles (John 7:12,27,31,40-44), making Jesus' crucifixion a "stumbling block" to scripturally literate Jews (1 Cor. 1:23).
3) Christians contradicting Christ:
Mahatma Gandhi: "I like your Christ. I do not like your Christians. Your Christians are so unlike your Christ." The materialism of affluent Christian countries appears to contradict the claims of Jesus Christ that says it's not possible to worship both Mammon and God at the same time. At times the example of Christians may be a contributory factor resulting in atheism. "..believers can have more than a little to do with the birth of atheism. To the extent that they neglect their own training in the faith, or teach erroneous doctrine, or are deficient in their religious, moral, or social life, they must be said to conceal rather than reveal the authentic face of God and religion"
4) Oneness of Allah:
Islam is based on monotheism. Tawhid, the oneness of Allah, isan essential belief for all Muslims. Islam teaches that Allah, the one god, has 99 attributes. Although we can understand some of His attributes, His essence cannot be comprehended by a human's limited mental capacity. Allah has created mankind primarily so that they may know their creator through his creations. Realisation of the supremacy of Allah, although necessary for success in the hereafter, has not been enforced on man - it is a test that is based on the fact that man has beengiven free will.
Say 'He is Allah the One' 112:1
Surely Allah alone is the creator of all things and he is the One, the Most Supreme 13:17
Say 'I am only a Warner, and there is no god but Allah, the One, the Most Supreme. 23:66
Holy is He! He is Allah the One, the Most Supreme 39:5
"Surely Allah will not forgive that any partner be associated with him" Holy Quran 4:49
5) Status of Women in Islam:
Islam decreed a right of which woman was deprived both before Islam and after it (even as late as this century), the right of independent ownership. According to Islamic Law, woman's right to her money, real estate, or other properties is fully acknowledged. This right undergoes no change whether she is single or married. She retains her full rights to buy, sell, mortgage or lease any or all her properties. It is nowhere suggested in the Law that a woman is a minor simply because she is a female. It is also noteworthy that such right applies to her properties before marriage as well as to whatever she acquires thereafter.
With regard to the woman's right to seek employment it should be stated first that Islam regards her role in society as a mother and a wife as the most sacred and essential one. Neither maids nor baby-sitters can possibly take the mother's place as the educator of an upright, complex free, and carefully-reared children. Such a noble and vital role, which largely shapes the future of nations, cannot be regarded as "idleness".
etc
There are many reasons and you will find hundreds on websites of those who moved from a self contradicting religion to "the modern religion"
There is a saying:
"There is no word as beautiful as ALLAH, No example as beautiful as Prophet (Muhammad), No lesson as beautiful as Islam, No song as melodious as Azan (The Call for prayer), No charity as meaningful as Zakat, No encyclopedia as perfect as The Quran, No exercise as perfect as Salat, No diet as perfect as Fasting and No journey as perfect as Hajj."
In Peace.

islam is more about fear i guess and its about what to do and what not to do more than its about love and peace; anyhow some find it comforting since it has alot of to do list and not to do list they don't need to think things through they just find their answer either in the to do list or in the not to do list.
