most people will never achieve the physique that they desire because of shortcomings in the diet. to get a physique like the models in Bowflex commercials, etc. the diet takes precedence. going to the gym is the EASY part, eating 6x a day every day, cooking meals and taking food with you when you leave the house for the day is not easy but the rewards are well worth it.

It's possible to "target" some areas when you're exercising. It would be best to ask a fitness expert about the type of exercises you should do to tone certain areas of your body. Just don't overdo it, everything should be in moderation. Keep in mind that the results might take a while to appear, so just be patient. And be sure to maintain a healthy diet and reduce stress to keep that great body once you have it.

no that probably wont happen because the way you look is determined by your dna which also determines how your body stores the muscle that you will build. it is possible to loose whieght from your hips but your shoulders are propaply not going to be changable, but there are a few thing that may help you build shoulder muscle.
1. eat lots of protien before you work out
2. stretch and warm up befor and after exercise

Yes. All depends on a will power.
whatever body you have, good diet, great excersise, eating healthy, and feeling good,
if you're a man, then there are other things you can take for a good muscle, but don't ask me, ask someone from a Health shop, they'll give you some tablets, you'll be Rambo and come and get me then, we can have boxing lessons...
