Did God or Angels came to you in real life or in your dreams, told you so?

What I meant is a definite divine proof that your sins are forgiven. I did not ask for phrases from your bibles or faith in it.

Quran Gives the answer

006.112 Likewise did We make for every Messenger an enemy,- evil ones among men and jinns, inspiring each other with flowery discourses by way of deception. If thy Lord had so planned, they would not have done it: so leave them and their inventions alone.

006.113 To such (deceit) let the hearts of those incline, who have no faith in the hereafter: let them delight in it, and let them earn from it what they may.

When I followed what was written in Acts 2:38, I went down into the water in Jesus' name and when I came out of the water, I could actually feel that the heaviness of sin was gone!! And when I received the Holy Ghost, i received it the way the Bible said that I would. My Spirit speaks in a language that my mind can't comprehend. This is called tongues. Based on the evidence that I experienced, I can safely say, without a shadow of a doubt, that my sins are forgiven.

I don't think that for many Christians that the forgiveness of sins is a question of certitude, but of hope. One can hope for the forgiveness of sins, but certitude would be too close to presumption, which many Christians would believe to be sinful. As far as God and angels, the manifestation of these spiritual realitites is termed by most Christians as a revelation, and this happens for the most part through secondary causes, rather than directly. Some would point to the gift of faith itself as one of God's most important revelation of self-disclosure. Of course, you don't have to believe any of this. Faith that is coerced is not faith at all.

No, even better: Jesus came to live in my heart, and he made it possible for me to forgive others. While some of those relationships may be damaged beyond repair, I, at least, hold very few grudges against people who have sinned against me, though I'm still working on some. And believe me, no dream or visitation from angels can compare to having Jesus in your heart. It's like...ice cream on a summer day and an electric blanket on a frigid night.

50% faith, 50% word of God (the bible)

Ephesians 1:3-8 New International Version translation

3 Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us in the heavenly realms with every spiritual blessing in Christ.
4 For he chose us in him before the creation of the world to be holy and blameless in his sight. In love
5 he[c] predestined us to be adopted as his sons through Jesus Christ, in accordance with his pleasure and will—
6 to the praise of his glorious grace, which he has freely given us in the One he loves.
7 In him we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, in accordance with the riches of God's grace
8 that he lavished on us with all wisdom and understanding.

Because Jesus promised forgiveness through the cross, and his resurrection by God confirmed its efficacy.

Jesus offered himself to God: wholly and completely, and even to the point of torture and death at the hands of those he came to save. He prayed for our forgiveness, because we "know not what we do". That God raised Jesus from the dead, shows us that God accepted Jesus' sacrifice, and answered his prayer.

# 1 God loves YOU!
Regardless of you past or what you are doing now, God loves you and will always love you. It says in John 3:16, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish but have everlasting life."
That word whosoever means YOU. God sent His only begotten Son to die for you because He loves you so much.

#2 The Bible says that all men are sinners.
Our sins have separated us from God. The Bible says in Romans 3:23, "For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God."
God made man in His own image. He gave man the ability to choose right from wrong. We choose to sin, and our sins keep us from God.

#3 The Bible says that sin MUST be paid for.
The Bible says in Romans 6:23, "For the wages of sin is death..."
Wages means payment. The payment of our sin is death and hell, separation from God forever. If we continue in our sin, we shall die without Christ and be without God forever.

#4 The Bible tells us that the GOOD NEWS is that Jesus Paid for our sins.
All of our sins were laid on Christ on the cross. He paid our sin debt for us. The Lord Jesus died on the cross, and He arose from the dead. We must not only know in our minds or just acknowledge that Christ died for our sins, but we must make it a personal decision. A one-time surrender of asking Jesus to forgive us of our sins and come into our heart. The Bible says in Romans 5:8, "But God commendeth his love toward us, in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us."

#5 We must personally pray and receive Christ by faith
The Bible says in Romans 10:13, "For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved."
Read that verse again and instead of the word "whosoever" put your name in there. If you call upon the name of the Lord, God promises that you will be saved!

Pray and receive Christ as your Savior today!
Lord, I know that I am a sinner. I know that without you I will not go to Heaven. I am trusting only in Jesus as my Savior. Forgive my sin, come into my life. Help me to live for you from this day forward. In Jesus name, Amen.

Just as you were born to your parents, you were born into the kingdom of God when you prayed and asked Jesus into your heart!
