NOTE to NAVY SAILOR: Thanks for the input but I think he did mean to ask about the flight deck. Why? He asked for their uniform colors and what do they signify. I'm former army but aren't seamen and mates at least members of the flight deck crew also? All ranks and the required ratings? Also, I didn't find a list of uniform colors for a deck crew....do they all wear the same color? Hey...I may be wrong...either way Ilearned something. Thanks Navy..

Iraq 51 gave it to you straight but you were asking about the flight deck personnel right? Your question was asking about Deck personnel, those people are Seaman and Boatswain's Mates, big difference.

Iraq51 was pretty much right on. Only problem I saw was the PURPLE shirts the 'grapes'..they are the FUELS people.
