I love this forum. I think it's a great way for people to really ask questions that they may not feel comfortable asking anywhere else.
To all my fellow Christians: Please be thoughful when answering questions. Just because there are a few people on here who like to provoke, you shouldn't respond in kind.
As the interactions on this site prove, our words and actions are representative of Jesus for many people. Please keep this in mind.

My wife has received vile & abusive email from a christian on this site.
It not a very good advertisement for your faith when they resort to such abuse.
****This is exactly what I'm talking about. Sorry about that, Missing. It's definitely frustrating for a Christian to battle all the damage done in the past or by Christians in the public eye. What can you do? I just try to live my life the best way I can and believe me, I'm not perfect.****

An angel from heaven couldn't have said it better!
How thoughtful and insightful of you to bring this up!
And not just for Christians but to all humans who wish
to use the art of communication to relate to others
in a forum such as this one
where so much human warmth
can be given and received
and where God Himself
can show the wonders of His ways
as a seed is planted here,
a light of truth is shed there,
a prayer is answered here,
a soul gets comforted there, etc.
I've been here all night long
and was just about to retire for a few hours
when something told me to peek
at just one more question and there you were...
What a way to go!
Thank you and may the true God
keep on blessing you always!
Your words of wisdom
have touched the hearts of many already
and it is in the name of our king Jesus that I say "thank you" and "Agape!"

I really think that they do not like to provoke most of the non-christian get very upset with Christian telling them they will burn if they do not believe as they do but to say this to someone that do not know what God is should not be said we should teach them first about God before we jump into something other
will not understand Please Everyone teach Jesus and God but teach in a way unbelieve will understand do not fight with God words because God love and made us all the good and the bad,the sun shine on us all. Teach peace, love, hope, and the other will follow,do not speak in tongue if that person never hear of the words and doesn't know what you are talking about. First teach love, what your religion about then tell me more if they will listen if not do not use the hell word to make them believe you have done your jobs trying life for ever
now it up to them, you can tell them about the BOOK of Life I hope you all know what that mean being Christian,Teach that

That is nice of you to keep us in perspective and honor of what we try to represent.
If there is one thing we could say that would help the world to be at peace- I believe it is the Love of Christ.
I know personally that i have fallen short of expressing Christ`Love, and He knows our weaknesses so, with His help we press on in hope to honor HIM.
I believe all that is left in this fallen world is Love*
I cannot think of anyone who expressed Love better than Jesus*
We come in this world in Love and I'm confident that when one is at ones end of this earth life that the final thought of anyone is Love*

Thanks a lot for your comments. I've been saying this same thing over and over and over in my answers to many Christians' questions, especially the atheist bashers, and gay bashers, and Muslim bashers, et al ad naueum. I think you would agree with me that the best a Christian can do is present God's truth in love and let people make up their own minds. We cannot bash anyone into belief, and we certainly can't hate them into belief. Thanks so much again, and you got my star!

I use this place as a way to learn how others think... I think Christianity can be positive, if kept to one's self and not shared with others... so... I can respect until that return is no longer felt.

We are ambassadors of Christ. God will judge every careless word that we speak...so slow to speak but quick to listen...
