Being from the south, we have a traditional Easter lunch every year. Ham - baked w/ brown sugar & pineapple, creamed potatos, peas, mac & cheese, sweet potato casserole, fried corn, asparagus, green beans, brown sugared carrots, homemade coleslaw, deviled eggs, fruit salad, fresh baked rolls, assorted desserts & of course, plenty of homemade sweet tea!!
