I think everything in hell, even the trees, has an orange tint to some degree.
Not sure about the turtles. I imagine they're all Christians though.

Not just orange trees, but money trees!! As for turtles...not sure! Satan never said anything about it in his brochure.

Hell is man's grave.
Hell = Hades,
Death and Hades will be eliminated.
(Revelation 20:14) And death and Ha′des were hurled into the lake of fire. This means the second death, the lake of fire.
The lake of fire is the hot place, NOT Hell/Hades.
