File an amended return (form 1040X) with the additional income and withholding information. The link below gives you the form.

If you owe additional taxes, you'll owe interest and penalties unless you file and pay before the April 17th deadline.

What you need to do is file a 2006 ammended tax return. A missed W2 the IRS will catch 9 times out of 10. You can get the form at www.irs.gov If you owe money just be sure to pay it before the 15th of April and there will be no penalties.

If the numbers on your return and the W-2, you don't need to do anything. If they're not, you need to file an amended return on Form 1040X. If additional tax is due, you must file this by April 17th to avoid any penalties or interest. If you're due an additional refund you have time to put it right but don't delay too long as the IRS will happily keep your money interest-free until you file the amended return.

File a corrected return. That was the advice I got from IRS when I had a similar situation.

File an amended return (1040X). The IRS will be expecting you to report that W-2 income on your return.
