According to Christianity, yes. All you have to do is accept God into your life, and accept him as the one true savior, and you will be set free.
So they say, anyway.

Accepting Christ is about a LIFE change! When you accept Christ you are telling him that you want to follow Him.
It's NOT about good or bad deeds - you can't earn or deserve salvation:
"For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith - and this not from yourselves, it is the gift of God - not by works, so that no one can boast." Ephesians 2:8-9
Baptism is an act of obedience but not necessary to becoming a Christian (or going to heaven).
Christian baptism is the immersion of a believer in water in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. It is an act of obedience symbolizing the believer's faith in a crucified, buried, and risen Saviour, the believer's death to sin, the burial of the old life, and the resurrection to walk in newness of life in Christ Jesus. It is a testimony to his faith in the final resurrection of the dead.
If you can go to church - do it! It rocks! You can have fellowship with other people and support. It's a great way to serve and to have great relationships with other people.

Neither baptism or church attendance saves you and gets you to heaven. The thief on the cross did neither and went to heaven.
But I ask : If you truly accepted Christ, why aren't you following His command to be baptized afterward? We identify with Christ when we are baptized, we are telling everyone present that we have decided to follow Him. If it is because you are ashamed of Him or afraid of what men might think, wouldn't that be doing a bad deed?
Why wouldn't you want to worship together and fellowship with other believers at church? Jesus desires for us to grow together as a family.

Anyone who believes in God, His Son, and the Holy Spirit. They acknowledge that the Bible is God's Holy Word, that Christ Jesus shed His blood, died and rose again; for the forgivness of sins will have eternal life.
As for going to church, if you are not fellowshiping with others; how do you intend to grow in your faith or relationship with God and Christ Jesus? Water baptism is the way that we are brought into the Family of God and Citizens of His Kingdom.
About you saying that you "did not do any bad deeds". The Bible says, that if anyone says they are not a sinner, they are only deceiving themself.
If you tell a lie, that is a sin in God's eyes. Which is considered a 'bad deed'.

>>Yes. I am a Believer and I do not go to Church. I have had a very difficult time finding one that does not incorporate a bunch of man-made doctrine. I think we are to be baptized as Christ did. However, the thief on the cross next to Christ did not have a chance to do so and He told him that He would see him in Paradise that very day. I think it is important though( for me anyway) to continue to find a body of Believers that do believe more closely to what I believe. Obviously the most important thing is to study God's Word (The Bible) and pray that He will guide you. God Bless.

Jesus said I'M the WAY, the TRUTH and the LIFE and NOONE comes to Father Except through ME!!!!!
Note he didn't say through the church door... the church is there to give you fellowship with one another.... so that you will know that there are other people going through the same problem...
So if you lead a PERFECT life and have accepted Yeshua ( i like to call Him that cause that's the Name God gave Him)... there is nothing to fear....
God Bless You....

Accept Christ? I'm not worried about me accepting Christ...i'm worried about CHRIST accepting ME! There is no Bible whatsoever for the common misconception that being saved is accepting Christ as one's "personal savior". The truth is, we are to repent of our sins (that means lay them down and determining to be obedient the Christ) AND WE ARE TO BE BAPTISED IN THE NAME OF JESUS CHRIST...and this is for the remission of sins. If you don't believe me, look for yourself in Acts 2:38. Also, Jesus said "he that believeth AND IS BAPTIZED shall be saved in Mark 16:16. I Peter 3:21 says that baptism saves us.
There is no such thing as repentance without obedience, and one of the commandments of the Bible is that you be faithful to the house of God. It says not to forsake the assembling of yourselves together...and so much the more so as ye see the day approaching (speaking of the day of Christ's return).
You need the baptism of the Holy Ghost...read about it in Acts 2, Acts 8, Acts 10, and Acts 19 (four chapters that feature complete conversion stories). Once you receive it, you'll have been "born of the spirit" and will have the strength you need to live a holy, overcoming life.

How can you accept Christ if you do not submit to what he said?
Jesus said, “Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven." (Matthew 7:21)
It does no good to call Jesus "Lord" if we are not willing to submit to his authority (instructions, teaching).
Jesus said "He that believes and is baptized shall be saved" (Mark 16:16).
Some say you believe, are saved, then you shall be baptized. This is not the same thing Jesus said! It's not in the same order.
What would Jesus have said if he had meant, "He that believes and is baptized shall be saved"?
I believe Jesus said what he meant and meant what he said. I believe Jesus! "He that believes not shall be condemned." (Mark 16:16)
Jesus "became the author of eternal salvation unto all them that obey him" (Hebrews 5:9)
After we become Christians, followers of Christ, we should have a desire to meet with other Christians to worship together and to encourage them!
The church is the body of Christ. (Eph 1:22-23) Can you love Christ and not love his body?
During worship services, a lesson is taught from God's word. We should recieve the word with eagerness and search the scriptures daily to see if it is true. (Acts 17:11)
Love "delights in the truth". (1 Cor. 13:6) If you love God and love the truth, won't you desire to attend every service?
The Bible says we should "Love the brotherhood". (1 Peter 2:17) If you love the brotherhood, won't you desire to be with them.
If you love your brothers in Christ, won't you desire to be with them? If you don't love the brotherhood, how can you say you love God? (1 John 4:20)
The Bible says that we are to encourage one another. How can we encourage each other when we don't meet together?
Hebrews 10:24-25, "And let us consider one another to provoke unto love and to good works: Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching."
Part of our worship is singing to one another, teaching one another, and admonishing one another (Ephesians 5:19, Colossians 3:16). How can you do these things without being together with other believers?
There are several things we are commanded to do that can't be done alone. If you love God, you must love the brotherhood. If you love Christ, you must love his body.
We should have the attitude that David had. He said, "I was glad when they said unto me, Let us go into the house of the LORD." (Psalm 122:1)

if you accept christ and feel his spirit in you yes. unfortunatly we all sin how ever hard we try not to so you will need to rtepent pray and ask for forgiveness. but if you accept Jesus as saviour and the one who paid the price of sin there is no reason you should not be in heaven.

According to the bible, Jesus told one of the thieves crucified with him that he was going to heaven for believing, and the thief did do bad things and wasn't baptized.

I would say yes but not because you "did not do any bad deeds", I don't think that is humanly possible.
The yes is because all that is "required" is accepting Christ and His gift.
