Is it:
"My love since I have been with you in my life has changed completely and right now I have one more motive to be happy, to be of (luchando) for you, and you very well know how much I love you and you know that you are the unique person by my side and that you don't have why to think things that aren't. Right now I want and need to be well and that you give me your complete love. I only love you my star."
Is that right or no??

You've got it just about right.
