Yes. Cheese, like any other dairy product, has protein in it that your body needs. Any diet that suggests you not eat cheese or dairy, isn't healthy.

It shows you exactly how much of each food you need to eat everyday in order to stay healthy. If you follow the advice you find there, you'll lose all the weight you need to while getting your required nutrients.

It completely depends on which diet you are following. Every diet runs in a slightly different way. While some will say all cheese is fine others may suggest only soft/low fat cheese's.

Low-fat spreads are fine and cottage cheese should be alright as well. I wouldn't recommend types of such as hard and cheddar though as, while having some health benefits, they're quite high in saturated fat (regular cheddar cheese for example has about 9g of fat per ounce, 6g of which are saturated) so definitely wouldn't be good for dieting.
You necessarily have to cut them out altogether though. You could treat yourself to something like grilled cheese on toast about once a week for instance. Reduced-fat forms are often available as well though they tend to be milder in flavour and have different cooking characteristics (they don’t really melt very well under direct heat).
Good let with the dieting.

Yes it is okay but don't take it too much and only consume in a little amount.. Because if you take cheese while dieting, that means that you are doing protein's diet.. If you consume more than you need, i'm afraid that your small intestine will stuck and block your digestion system..

Yes it is. Hard cheeses like parmesan are perfectly fine in moderation. I eat string cheese, too with absolutely no worries. As with anything - moderation is key. Now had you asked about a pizza with extra cheese I would have had to say "pass".

Yes, low fat diets are a thing of the past. Don't overdo it though and keep it balanced with the rest of your diet. One of the reasons IMO that we have an obesity epidemic is that people are told fat is bad, so they eats tons of sugar instead..
It does contain a lot of cals though, try the half fat cheeses.

There should be no absolute restrictions within a diet. However you should weight the amount of cheese you are going to eat. It is about 400 calories/100gms, so don't eat much.

Its probably okay as long as you limit it and don't eat excessive amounts, because cheese contains lactic acid which turns to fat in the stomach.
Best to eat dairylea cheese or other spreads that are low fat
