i go in scotland in 2 month and i really want learn english better... is there people who can help me for that?

the best way 2 learn English is 2 work & play with people. if you r happy 2 b with them then learnig by listening and asking questions will do more good than text books good luck,because english is a bastard language with so many things sounding the same but r spelt & mean different things.

English language for speaking, contact the British council if they are in singapore and ask if they have conversational english lessons, or contact the British consulate/embassy, to learn a language you need to speak it and practise using it for conversations with native english speakers preferably english as in British english rather than american or australian english. If you are unsuccessful with the above just watch bbc world, or the english language news programmes on tv and get used to the pronounciation that way.
