and it's going to be two cherries w/a stem, and i want it on my ankle, but before i do, i want to know if it means something to get a tatt on a certain ankle (like, i've heard that if a guy has a piercing on a certain ear it means he's gay), or if it just depends on what you like........

i'm involved to verify how people who've extra desirable than stereo kinds, discrimination, and biased closed minded opinions certainly could desire to assert. a brilliant style of the time, arguments in this area are based off of myths (IE: that ladies persons can not get epidurals, which they are in a position to), stupid stereotypes and makes use of of derogatory names like "tramp stamp" and classifying somebody as a criminal for a tattoo rather of ASKING why they have been given it. i don't probably care what others think of so it would not issue me because of the fact i recognize who i'm. i could desire to recognize why people who are not consistent with BS come into this area. -Calling tattoos "thuggish" is yet another stereo kind, i'm very lots a woman and my 2 tattoos replicate that, they at the instant are not manly or "gangish" indications. Plus, they're generally hidden till i decide directly to instruct them so there isn't something unprofessional approximately it. it truly is the reason placement is a crucial component that a brilliant style of persons do not evaluate. You (Reaper)have a factor that they are in a position to make somebody seem unprofessional while not located properly.

I haven't heard of any distinction about which ankle, especially on a girl, so I'm pretty sure it doesn't make a difference! But I have heard the thing about the piercings, is that true?

It means when you get older you can watch the cherries turn into wrinkly fruit.

Why start an expensive habit... once you get one then you'll want another and another...

Tattoo pigments fade and lines become blurry with age... save yourself some grief later on in life.

Donate the money you'd spend on the tattoo towards something that will feed or educate children instead of thinking you're going to get in with some "cool" group of people.

You may be making a mistake that you'll pay for later to try to remove or be embarrassed about.

Sorry to say all of this... it may seem like a good idea now but it won't be fun later.

Apologies if I sound mean...I'm just being truthful. Try walking around with a temporary one for a few weeks or months before you get a permanent one. What if something goes wrong with the "real" one? ...like look silly or misshapen?

Good Luck to you....sorry I had to voice my opinion.

Why do you care? This tattoo obviously means something to you...right? So get it where you want it, when you want is and how you want it...it's your tattoo, your body, YOUR LIFE!!

No, placement means nothing!! Along with the earring thing...people try to make a big deal out of some pointless issues...
It's your tattoo, you're life...LIVE IT HOW YOU WANT!!!!

GOOD LUCK WITH YOUR TAT!!! Hope this helps...

tattoo placement doesn't "mean" anything, nor does ear piercing. i think that was a homophobic myth in the 80s!!! it's 2007, be who you are and do what you want to do without worrying about what other people will think of you.

first of all you shouldnt get a tattoo if you care what people think and if you do get one then know this its there for life so either you need to get over caring about what people think or not get one secondly it doesnt mean anything more then what you want it to mean noone can tell you what something means to you there is no meaning behind it like the earing.

It doesn't mean a thing which ankle you get it on. Its just your preference which ankle you want it on.

Good for you and no there isn't any meaning to it, infact it's one of the places where I have my tattoos, it's a dolfin. Hey, don't forget to avoid sun and water for at least 10 days.

It doesn't matter what ankle you get it on, and congrats on your first tattoo.
