You are binging because you are depressed from your 'failure' at dieting and are buried inside yourself. You need to get out of yourself and into the world.
Twice a day take the dog (the neighbor's dog) for a brisk fifteen-minute walk. Play with him, talk to him, greet the people you pass, all this will help lift your spirits. Find things to do that help others: volunteer to read to shut-ins, deliver meals, help at the children's library, cook at a homeless shelter. Do not sit in front of the TV - that leads automatically to eating. Get out into the world and help others, that is the fastest and best way to lift your own spirits and make you forget food.
At mealtimes, never eat alone, even if you have to go to a cafeteria for three meals a day. Even if you don't interact with other people there, you can watch them. And you won't keep going back for more food (do not go to those All-You-Can-Eat hellholes!!!)
At work, keep a cup of hot, black tea with you and sip it constantly.
In the evening, as I already said, do not watch TV. Walk, talk, visit friends, neighbors and strangers, do charitable work. If you want to read, go to the library to do it - there's no food there.
Good luck!

try the guys i used to get help, they were awesome, if losing some pounds of any description and inches is what you want then I would suggest you use a diet that is all natural and is rich in protein and vitamins, which is what the FDA recommends. I used a protein based diet after a friend who had lost a lot of weight with this recommended it to me. All the way through you feel great and energized, you also get great coaching and support along the way. The people are very friendly and gave me lots of great advice. I needed to lose 40 pounds and I did so with no problems. The products really work and you feel great whilst losing weight. I lost all my weight in less than four months and they have helped me to keep it off. I would definitely recommend using them. My sister did this also and lost 76 pounds in five months (She works out, I don’t). There is no pressure and they will even send you a load of free samples so you can try before you buy. The samples were the thing that initially convinced me that this was the right diet for me. You also a get a free complete health consultation with the samples, I just paid the postage and handling, but for what I got it was well worth it. You just go to www.myhealthabc.com to register your details to get the free samples and the free advice etc and then they just call you up and ask you a few questions. It was so easy. Their main site is www.myhealthabcmall.com and you can see all the products and packages and order from their. Its nice to have contact with real people who care about you losing weight and improving your health. I am in better health now than I have ever been thanks to these products and I know that I will continue to keep the weight off with the help I have received. I hope this helps.

First, you should forget about losing that much weight in so short an amount of time. It's not going to happen in any way that's healthy, or will last.
Next, you need to realize what's so blatantly obvious. Diets don't work. You only lose weight while you're on them. Then it comes right back... usually with a few extra pounds, to try to teach you a lesson.
Diets require you to eat less, and omit foods you really love. Two things that set you up for automatic failure.
What you need to do is start eating a balanced, well portioned diet, and get regular exercise. When you do that, your body loses all the excess weight it needs to, and stops once you become the weight that's most healthy for you. It isn't a quick fix. It's slow and LASTING.
A balanced diet, contains ALL foods, and portions designed to give you enough food to keep from feeling hungry. When you're allowed an occasional scoop of ice cream, or a candy bar, you'll be a lot less likely to feel deprived, or get bored with your diet. That's the kind of diet most people who've had permanent weight lose follow, because they can stick to it for the rest of their lives.
Try going to: http://www.mypyramid.gov/index.html
You'll find information about what makes up a healthy nutritious diet, what makes up a proper portion, and free tools to track your daily food intake and exercise. It's not a 'diet' site. It's a healthy eating plan that most people find very easy to stick with for the rest of their lives. You won't lose weight quickly, but if you manage to follow it, you'll eventually lose what you need to, and keep it off for the rest of your life.

i know i'll sound like a dork by saying all of this. But a lot of people have weight issues whether it's in their head or real. Most diets do fail. Everyones body is different and needs it's own unique treatment. to binge and purge is obviously a terrible way to lose weight. It decays your throat and teeth. Plus, a lot of times it doesn't actually work the way people plan on it to. Some of the fats in the foods have already been absorbed and all you're doing is puking out whats left.
By starving yourself your body adjusts itself for survival. Once your body has gotten use to the lack of food. You'll put on tons of weight when you go back to your normal food intake because your stomach WILL shrink from the lack of food. Also! while in the process of this your body will take in old fats causing you to gain more weight. so definitely don't do that.
inorder to lose weight you have to limit your food intake. it's all about proportions! Instead of having three large meals a day with unhealthy snacks try having 4-5 healthy snacks. stop drinking soda if you do. A true fact: Most people feel hungry when in reality they are thirsty so be sure you are always well hydrated. Exercising is a good thing too as along as you don't over do this. Your fat turns into muscle making you weigh much more. My last advise to you is, when you feel hungry get a cup of crushed ice to eat on. Very cold water burns away fat and it convinces the body it's eating.
i hope i helped you in someway. :]

too make a long story short...you have made the fatal mistake that many before you have. you have placed the focus on losing "weight" on the scale and not on changing the body composition. you have been dieting for 3 years and by not monitoring your body fat I'm sure the amount of muscle that you have now is far less than you had 3 years ago. you are obsessed with seeing numbers on the scale decrease and by catabolizing muscle tissue all of this time you have decreased the metabolic rate which is why you are gaining weight faster and at probably a low caloric intake now.
I would seek counseling before you really do some damage

(a million) i don't recommending weight-reduction plan without exercising. (2) do not starve your self. (in case you do, you will get fatter, because of the fact the physique starts off to keep very almost each little thing you eat as fat, because of the fact it thinks that foodstuff is scarce). (3) eat solid proportions of healthful foodstuff. This doesnt mean eat salad 24/7 - it is undesirable. this suggests eat stuff like rice, lean meat (poultry breast, fish and so on), eat bread, cereal, rice, dairy. (3) exercising. Run 5km primary and you will drop some weight. (4) ultimately, a million pound = .5kg extra or less. I doubt you may have won that lots over a week in case you weren't ingesting something. that's probable water weight. (5) weight reduction takes months. Dont attempt to be a superhero. Be sluggish and secure and you will win the race.

your doing what most people do.....but like most people your going to fail. we all need food to keep healthy but by starving yourself your only making your body store more fat.
you think your losing weight but once you do eat you eat more that's like taking two steps forward then taking 5 steps back. why don't you try eating every two hours small meals and smart snacks is the key.....start an exercise program and it'll help with your depression we all know its hard....but then if it wasn't we'd all be actors and models....right?
good luck and smile....just asking for help is a start.
