Your nose and mouth are connected via the nasophyranx. Anything you eat, breath in, or that's produced by either (snot and spit) can come out of the other. You laughed, drew air in deeply through your nose, loosened up a booger which came down the back of your throat and out of your mouth.

These are little blobs of mucus that come from your glands in your throat. They are perfectly normal. I found it on the net somewhere before what they were called and how they get there but can't find it now. I have these two lots of people get them, they are equal to a booger in your nose, don't worry about it.

It's a tonsil stone.

Just a clump of bacteria that may result from bad breath, illness, or sometheing along those lines.
They smell horrible, of course, but cause you no harm.

It could be any of the above or even a bit of decaying food that has been hanging around.

MJGENIUS,

THIS SMALL OFF-COLORED STINKY NODULE IS A TONSILITH. A SMALL FORM WHICH CONTAINS BACTERIA AND LYMPHOCITIC BLOOD CELLS.
SO, IS THIS HARMFUL OR DANGEROUS?

NOT IN THE LEAST.
WHAT CAN I DO ABOUT THEM?

YOU CAN USE A WATERPIK TO IRRIGATE YOUR TONSILAR CRYPTS WHICH WILL EASILY AND SAFELY FLUSH THEM OUT FROM THE TONSILS IN THE BACK OF YOUR THROAT.

Yuck, it could be post nasal drip. Why don't you taste it and find out?
