you need to lose weight in general - there is no such thing as lose weight in one part of your choice.
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter your stats, take 300-400 calories off that number and that's how much you need to lose weight.
5-8servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water a day
5-6 small meals instead of 3 big ones (breakfast is the most important - make sure to get complex carbs like whole wheat bread, oatmeal, fruit etc)
4-6 times a week cardio for 30-50min, light weight training, many reps
no junk food, no sodas, no alcohol, no white flour (cakes, cookies, white bread, pasta etc.), nothing high in sugar (ice cream)

I think the problem here is that you haven't tried enough fruits and vegetables or perhaps a storage issue. There are tons of fruits that are delicious and healthy for you. You can find all different kinds of fruits, like berries (rasp, blue, black, straw), bananas -work great for alleviating cravings, and apples - which calorie for calorie are the most filling food available. Not applesauce or other ways of cheating with fruit, get the real deal. The great thing about fruits and veggies is that they freeze well and still keep nutrients. So you can get some in the frozen food section, add some soy milk, or regular milk, mix it in a blender and start your morning off right!! Later have some chicken and broccoli or find a vegetable that's really good for you like spinach leaves or watercress. Food can be a great and healthy experience if you really take the time to explore it :D

Start eating fruits and vegetables. Also, try to eat healthier. Both of those are important regardless of trying to lose weight.

You lose weight if you burn more calories than you eat. Just for weight purposes, it doesn't matter a whole where those calories are coming from, just how many there are. However, the fewer calories you eat, the harder it is to ensure that you're getting enough of the nutrients you need, so it's more important to eat healthy foods for that reason.

There are two main ways to lose weight: eat less, and exercise more. Sorry, but there aren't any exceptions. If you want to lose weight, you have to start eating less, and/or excising more. There's no way to effectively control where you lose that weight, but you can choose types of exercise that focus on the areas you're concerned about, in order to increase the amount of muscle in those areas, which will make them look more toned and less "flabby."

and you can start burning more calories than the amount you take in, and if you keep it up you can lose weight
also, do exercises like running or swimming because it tones down your whole body
or like cardiovascular exercises 4-6 times a day
drink 8 glasses of water a day
5-8 servings of fruit a day
and no junk food, sodas, and all that unhealthy foods

Focus on eating more healthfully rather than on losing weight to begin with. It's possible to retrain your taste buds. Beside the obvious answer of learning to eats fruits and veggies, begin getting more plant matter into your diet in sneaky ways. Try soy products like boca burgers and soy cheese/milk, etc. Also, try all the veggie burgers out there in the freezer section. I think they make them out of black beans, too. Tomato sauce like pasta and pizza sauce can be added to foods to add some nutritional oomph. Try using pasta made from whole grains (there are so many kinds at natural/organic groceries). Start using olive and flax seed oils when you cook. Check out Lara Bars, they have fruit and nuts in them but don't taste like fruit so much. Also, find a good dietician and explain what your goals are and what you don't like to eat. Good luck!

Exercise. I know that it's sometimes hard to do it alone, so try to get a couple of friends that will run with you once a week for about a mile. EAT HEALTHIER! Try to refrain from eating things that you know are unhealthy. You could also try to take up a new sport; find something you enjoy and it will help you get into shape. GOOD LUCK!

You need to start eating fruit and vegetables and exercising, it's not the end of the world, and you'll learn to like it, seriously... It's not like you have to turn into a vegetarian and work out 4 hours per day, it's just common sense and good health. If you lose weight by "cheating" in any way, you'll be sorry later... for examples of how, E-mail me, I'm one of the "sorry" ones and I'll tell you.

Exercise - watch your carb and sugar intake - choose healthy foods that keep you full longer - there are many internet resources that have advise on what you should and should not eat. There are many programs out there I am sure you can find one that you will like. Not eating enough is a bad idea - your body needs food for energy you just need to choose the right foods.
