how do i change the screen resolusion from 60hrtz to 50hrtz as this is not mentioned in the user manual

60Hz is not the resolution - it is the refresh rate (the number of times per second the picture is updated).
The resolution would be 1024x768 or 1200x1600 (the number of horizontal and vertical pixels on the screen).

In any case, it's not mentioned in the manual because you can't change either on that television. The settings are permanently fixed by the factory.
