If your cat is in the hospital, she's in the right place.
If you have any questions about the cat's care, ask the vets who are looking after her, not Yahoo Answers!
Internal bleeding can be fixed by surgery, but the vets will not open her up just like that if she's stable - minor bleeds can be healed by the body's natural processes. If the vets feel this needs intervention, then they will do so.
Please phone the hospital to speak to the vets, or ask them this question when you go to visit!

So I see you're second-guessing the people that went to school to learn how to do this? What did you expect them to do -- cut your kitty open to see if they could save it? Surgery is not without risk, so that is why they are just observing. Sometimes the cat will get well on it's own, depending on how extensive the damage is. Since your cat has an injured limb, they've probably done x-rays already. Since she's still in the hospital, they're monitoring her. I think you're feeling guilty that kitty fell that distance and you want a quick fix. Sorry, but this is going to take time.
