find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter your stats, take 300-400 calories off that number and that's how much you need to lose weight.
5-8servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water a day
5-6 small meals instead of 3 big ones (breakfast is the most important - make sure to get complex carbs like whole wheat bread, oatmeal, fruit etc)
4-6 times a week cardio for 30-50min, light weight training, many reps
no junk food, no sodas, no alcohol, no white flour (cakes, cookies, white bread, pasta etc.), nothing high in sugar (ice cream)

Stop trying to lose weight. Have you every noticed that the only folks trying to lose weight are fat people?! Go eat whatever you want and pretend to be skinny. that's how you lose weight. Diets exist because people think they look bad. If you change your thinking- and start thinking you look good, then you don't need a diet (then the weight comes off naturally, cuz your not STRESSING over it). Spend your time thinking about something else.

like you could balance out the scale so like 0 is really -15. clever. right? try to just eat less. move more. but that advice is not magical and you're not going to like it. right. I'm pyschic (however you spell that) ... stay focused and get in on "the secret" for realz... it works. or you could just like eat 200 calories a day. that works too... take maybe 1-2 weeks

:| Woaw, seems such as you procastinated lol.. do not push your self so puzzling. in basic terms exercising primary (30mins-a million hour). pay attention on your physique. you would be nice. sidestep ingesting junk ingredients and eat carbs- exercising a million-2 hours then. potential walk, jog, run, take a seat ups, push ups, stretches, skipping. in good shape all those in an hour primary, and you would be tremendously in good shape.

Drink lots of water, eat lean protein, and fruit and veggies in addition to daily cardio.

stay away from junk and fatty foods, eat veggies, drink water, exercise (joggings really great, and a great way to shed those pounds!)
