I asked my bank for a specific document to avoid a court case against me. They told me there wasn't one. 8 months later (1 week after the court case) they send the document to the courts.
Should/Can I ask the bank president for reimbursement? I have every receipt.

You can certainly ask! I doubt they'll do it. Then you can sue them, but you have to prove that they said it didn't exist. If they claim they told you it was not available, you lose the case - because not available, and doesn't exist, are two different things - and it's LIKELY that what you wanted, the judge had to suppoena, or you otherwise didn't have an open access right to have it.

The bank is completely responsible to reimburse you and I would remove my account from that bank. I wouldn't do any more business with them. They are not good to you, as a customer.

Yes, if you can prove that you needed the documents by a certain date and they did not provide them.
