I have never used meth and tested positive for a job, I take antihistamines and OTC Psudophedrine

Did you tell the tester that you're taking pseudoephidrine? That's what caused the false positive.

I take the same things and I always let the tester know before I whiz.

today's testing specifically tests for meth amphetamines , as the excuse of I used Sudafed was so widely used initially, so for years now its not an issue I don't know if you are in US or not but medical testing doesn't confuse the 2 drugs. I suppose you could say it was someone elses specimen but there are strict rules of labeling those specimens-obliging you the testee to verify the label has your name. Good luck

Yep, those antihistamines will do it to you every time! Any body who's overcome an addiction to Meth will tell you they can't take any type of a decongestant. It shows up on their UT's and makes them feel like they've done it again!!

Some antihistamines contain amphetamines. Do you take any kind of diet pills? they too tend to have amphetamines. May I add that they will contain amphetamines NOT meth ampetamines

It could be the antihistamines. They use that stuff to make meth.

looks like you have already answered your own question lol, i would think that the psudoephedrine could cause a false positive
