just tell her and if u dunt think ur ready 2 just come out n say it start by askin how her bf is? how things r wit dem? just bring their relationship up that will show her that u do not care anymore. good lulck!

Why would you want to know or care to see? You are not being honest, you still have feelings and that is why you want to start hanging out again. So you can be there when the time is right...only problem is it's never going to be right again. It's a foolish path you wish to follow and it's a waste of time.
Just move on and don't look back.

Tell her you're happy for her. It's not quite a good idea for you two to hang out again if your boyfriend doesn't want her to. In that case, she could probably let him know that she can't be told who not to hang out with. Just ask her to hang with you somewhere where you used to go.
