She is utterly amazing to me. I've hanged out with her numerous occasions at parties and at the movies and mall. But it seems like she doesn't want a boyfriend at the moment. Should I ask her out anyways and if I shouldn't how long should I wait for?

The most reasonable thing you can do is to ask her out on a date. The worst thing that could happen is that she could say "no". Don't listen to anyone tell you to wait for her. If she liked you enough, she would be at least ready to date, especially after a few months. I mean, I assume she isn't planning to move any time soon. That's about the only reason I can think of for a normal single woman to not be ready for a relationship after such a long time. Good luck!

i think that you should anyways, and if she says "sorry im not looking for a relationship right now" then that's okay too, maybe she will chnage her mind, and reconsider...... All you need to do after that it do they same things you were doing before, act like you didn't ask her out , but stay available, and at the same time still give her attention, to let her clue in that your still interested. This way, your friendship would not suffer. and if you really think that this girl is utterly amazing, don't let her slip away just like that. make an effort

No don't ask her out yet or she'll just turn you down but try let her know subtly that you like her as more than a friend.

Ask her out now.If you wait to long she will find someone else then you wont have a chance.She will move on if you dont ask her out now..so i would!
