Hey! Ok, I'm 19. And I go to college, I have a good job, and everything in my life is pretty stable and just good. I don't have a boyfriend, in fact I do not need one. But I am really attracted to one man. He is my doctor. Gosh, he is really handsome and smart. As far as I know he is single, and he is about 35-37 years old. Is it ok for me to be almost in love with him?

I haven't realyy talked to him about anything but my injured knee :(( Anyway, he is Christian man, with moral values and I'm pretty sure that if something could work out we won't even have hmmm..."bedtime". He is not that kind of guys who use younger girls for "bed only" purposes.

Well.... since you are a little too old for a schoolgirl crush, I would have to say your feelings are genuine. And since you are over 18, there's no chance of you putting him in jail. So why not?
Find out if he truly is single and if so... put the moves on him! Age doesn't matter if you feel for each other. Hey. you're both adults past the age of consent, and he is free to say yes or no.
Good luck!
P.S. Doctors are GREAT lovers! Has he seen you naked?
;-)

It's a pretty safe bet that your attraction to him is not love. Handsome, smart, rich doctor is a dream catch for many women. Don't let that ideal mislead you, do you really know anything about this guy?
Also, he's your doctor. That makes the whole thing a bit more complicated. He can't get involved with a patient, or he could lose his license. So you'd have to start seeing another doctor first, then hope that he isn't married or involved. And, you're 19. Not exactly the age bracket that a 35-37 year old professional looks to for a long term relationship.
I think it's just a crush, so don't go and do anything you'll be embarrassed by later.

Your question made me say WOW cuz i'm 19 too and having a crush on a 38-yr-old guy. He looks younger than he is and very fun to be with. As long as you two are attracted to another, just go for it hon.
Good luck!

yes and no!!! he might be using you for the bedroom and/or to full fill some fantasy! maybe his intentions with you are genuine i doubt it cause of the age difference and the maturity level. some men/women go younger for many reasons but not that young. i would be careful ask him honestly what are your intentions with me? do you see anything serious coming out of this? cause your way to young to have to deal with a heartbreak and you dont need any distractions cause your in college and thats very important now..good luck

long time relationships of this kind fail most of the time, If you're planning to be with him for several years , then problems will occur due to your different ages when you both get older, you will be 39 and still young and he'll be about 60!
Any way I wish you good luck and happiness.

It's okay to be attracted to someone older but you two are at completely different times in your lives. But if he is interested and open (and single), then it might be something to consider.

Yes. You both sound like very responsible people and I don't see how a relationship between you will do anyone any harm. (Unless, of course, he's married.)
