I think Christianity is on its way out specifically because of that attitude. Christians, Muslims, and Jewish people all hold to exclusivity because they are based in the same beginnings. Other religions aren't so intolerant of differing religious practices.
And you can't ask Christians this question, they are brainwashed.

I would not compromise the word of the Lord for any reason. You are asking the word of God to be changed to what you would like it to be, the answer is no. It is what it is, take it or leave it, believe it or hate it, it won't change what it says nor will it change the events that are going to come. Everyone who hears the word of God has the chance to change their ways, ANY and ALL are invited to do so, how is that exclusive? Anyone and everyone can follow the Lord, the richest in the world to the poorest, free men and slaves. How is that exclusive?
Today is the day of salvation, tomorrow never comes and you can never return to yesterday. You know the truth deep in your heart, you have only to accept the gift offered and know Him. Why do you wait? Come forth and recieve eternity.

It would be pointless without the monoism!
Christ Himself did not claim to be "one of many paths to God". He said "I am the Way, and the Truth, and the Life. No one comes to the Father, except through Me."
This can, and often does, give offense. Who would say such a thing? And what kind of man was/is he? These are the questions that need to be investigated. If Christ is only one of many "ways" to God, then by His own statement, he is a liar, for he claimed to be the only one. If He is a liar, then he is by NO MEANS any "way" to God, for God is righteous. If there IS only one "way" to God, is Jesus that way?
The very exclusivity of our faith is a challenge. This faith is not for wishy-washy people, or the faint of heart. It requires a lot of thought and energy.

Jesus said, "I Am the Way, the Truth and the Life and no man cometh unto the Father but by Me."
It wasn't our idea, it was God's.

Christianity is not a religion, it is a belief. It would survive if no one ever spoke it again. You cannot kill truth.

No. Christianity couldn't survive if it did that, because THEN, Christianity would be a lie.

Its up to God, we're just following what He says. Its not our choice that God wants people to believe the Truth.
