It should be "Do you want to go to bed with me ?" .
I guess it's the mispelled sentence "Voulez-vous vous coucher avec moi ?" since as is posted means nothing.

When this is spelt correctly... 'Voulez-vous coucher avec moi, ce soir?' As in the song 'Lady Marmalade' by Patti LaBelle or All Saints. Means, 'would you like to sleep with me tonight?'

it's a mis-spelling. The actual phrase is from a crappy early nineties song. It should read "voulez-vous coucher avec moi"
it means "do you want to sleep with me" and the rest of the phrase went "ce soit" or "tonight"
I hate hip hop, but even more when it goes French.

It's not a mispelling it's slang, called "verlan". This mean that you spell the word up side down.
