Did you sign it, if so, then NO.
If the Trooper appears at your court hearing, then NO.
Just obey the law and you wouldn't be in situations like these.

No. On the report he probably typed it up or wrote more legible so the state/ town knows exactly what happened. Fight the ticket and it may get thrown out or reduced. But you will get a random court date that you have to appear at and will have to take the day off from work or part of the day off to go to court. Fill out the back of the ticket for a court date to fight it. And make a photocopy of the ticket.

The copy that the court has is clearly legible I can assure you. You know what you were cited for, the fine amount, and the court date no doubt. But by all means mention this to the judge, he'll probably let you off and give you a good conduct award.

Do you think you should go without your prescription because you cannot read what your dr wrote? Police give you a ticket more for your record/reciept. The computers do all of the work. Just like those prescriptions from the doc. The pharmacist uses the computer and so do they. Does not matter what state you are in...
Good Luck!

I stay in CT, you're out of success. you won't be able to get the court docket date faster, yet when the price ticket is fairly only for no longer donning a seatbelt, usually once you plead no longer to blame they are going to easily throw the price ticket out fairly than dropping their time. in case you purchased the price ticket in Middlesex County you're in success, their courts are thoroughly overcrowded with site visitors tickets. in simple terms await the date, then call the court docket domicile and clarify the priority to them. I were given a value ticket for seatbelt once although and it replaced into in simple terms $35 you could were more advantageous positive off in simple terms paying it and being finished with it.

Are you serious................. a ticket is a ticket! Don't use this as an excuse to not pay for what you did to get the ticket!
Have you ever tried to read what a doctor writes...... do you doubt him when he writes out a prescription...............
