how do you say:

i wish you would know, how much i love you.
every moment i spend with you is special
i dont know how long i will keep in touch with you,
because i wouldnt be able to see you with some one else
so just want to tell you, that i love you.
and where ever you are, do remember me.

oh this is for my ex, we broke up few months ago coz of family problems. we still keep in touch coz we both have feelings for each other but cant be together coz we both dont want to go against our parents, and now i think its better i should draw myself apart from him so its easier for us later on.
