I got a DUI :( but my plates are still good until they expire at the end of the year. Now, can someone else drive my car and not get pulled over if the police run the plates? And, when the police run the plates, what shows up in their screen? Will that make them pull over the vehicle even if they are driving perfectly just to check the validity of the license of the driver of the vehicle?
Also, will the DMV keep sending me renewals for the vehicle plates even though my driver's license is revoked? The state is Wisconsin. My gf has been driving me around.
Please don't lecture, I'm just looking for good solid info.

Yes anyone who is a licensed driver can drive your car (unless they LIVE with you and are not on your insurance). If the person is on your insurance OR does NOT live with you, they can drive it. No they wont be pulled over. And I am glad you are not planning on driving your car! Yes have someone else drive you around with your car if they are a license driver.
Yes, I am pretty sure you can still renew your plate etc because the DMV doesnt care about your DUI. Because you are allowed to have a car in your name but allow another driver to use the car. My car is in my dad's name for example (because he pays the ins for it). So for all the DMV knows, you could be paying for a car for someone else, but in your name.
And no I wont lecture you because you are doing the right thing by not driving and having someone else drive for you.
If you are still unsure contact your car ins company and ask them who can drive your car, since you cant.
No the police wont pull the driver over unless they speed, etc. The DUI is registered under YOUR name on your license if the police look it up. Your license plate is not marked with DUI.
When police run plates all that comes up is if the car is stolen (which it isnt) and if the car license plate number has unpaid parking tickets.

YES. Your drunk driving stands on its own. Any legally licensed driver may drive your vehicle providing the vehicle is legally registered and plates are current tags. In regards to police stopping the vehicle based on probable cause is another matter relevant to local policy. Each state has laws re DUI arrests, and given the current mixed up political climate, you should be consulting the Wisconsin Dept. of Motor Vehicles or the State Police information desk. If you don't like the answers, keep going up the echelon until someone makes sense. If no results, file a written complaint with the Attorney General of Wisconsin.

You should be able to because its not your car that has been so called "flagged". Its your license. If your girlfriend is driving and she is pulled over all they will ask for is HER license and registration. Your registation and insurance should still be vaild because the state does not put any form of hold on those. They may ask for your license as well but that is only to verify the name and address matches with the registration and insurance. This is Pennsylvania's laws so do not set this to stone. You may want to contact your local dmv or police department in regards to your states statutes in those regards. I'm not sure about your second question with the renewal, but like I said the dmv should be able to assist you with that further. I wouldn't take anyones information here 100% unless they are from wisconsin as well. All states have different systems regarding DUI punishment.

For one you need to re-read the driver's manual.Where would you get the idea that you can turn on a red light without stopping?I would surrender my driver's license it sounds like you don't have any business driving at all especially since you apparently don't give a crap that you were drinking and driving or driving while under the influence not once but twice.

Your vehicle has nothing to do with your DUI. As long as the plates are current, and the insurance is up to date, it can be operated by another licensed driver.

In Florida a DUI does not revoke your plates. Anyone can drive your car as long as it is insured and it has current plates. Yes, you will be able to renew them.

no you have to turn inyour plates and yes they can get pulled over. In minnesota you have to give up the plates then get wiskey plates and be subject to getting pulled over when ever the pigs feel like it as many times as they want in a single day and give a breath-alizer test to see if you have been drinking and if someone is driving the car they get the same
treatment .

Anyone, including you can drive your car. The only reason you might not be able to is if a Judge suspended your drivers liscense, otherwise you can continue to drive it.

Anyone can drive it, with your consent, as long as it isn't you.
