Hmm I wanna say this really nicely but see that is not how the boards work.
See the people post questions and you have to go around and look for questions to answer. They are divided by category already so since you have teenage knowledge you should probably go to Singles and Dating or Homework Help. Teenagers in American aren't really so good in the etiquette section.
If you want people who already give you the answer with their question then go to Polls and Surveys. You get best answer there if you just repeat the question or guess the person's favorite color, band, food.
Definitely you don't have to work on your self-esteem, but perhaps humility and modesty might be helpful. Seriously click the answer tab above and check out those categories. Then you just start answering and you gain points and can give all the advice you want.
