Contact the police and file charges. Contact the Social Security Administration and have a fraud alert put on his number. Notify the Credit Bureaus in writing of the fraud. Contact the phone company and advise of the fraud. By the way, he has to do this, you cannot.

Call the police and report this person. It must be your fiancee that does the reporting though. Put a "fraud alert" in at all the credit bureau's. You must make this come to an end! Good luck!

He needs too go to the police and file a complaint against the ex for identity theft. Also he can contact SS for a new SS number (which is best). This is a police matter that your fiance needs to go to the police about.
He needs to sue her and have charges pressed. She can go to jail. She has commited identity theft which is a felony.

What she does with this training is as much as her, yet such as you mentioned a minimum of you realize you informed her.
